Diabetes alarm in South-East Asia‎

news.smh.com.au:Australian researchers have sounded the alarm over rising rates of diabetes across South-East Asia, linked to an increasingly westernised lifestyle.

The study in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam found 11 per cent of men and 12 per cent of women had developed type 2 diabetes, but they did not know it so the disease went untreated.
